Warren Lee is a real estate litigation attorney serving property owners, landlords and property managers throughout the Bay Area. A Bay Area native, Warren specializes in unlawful detainer cases and also assists clients with risk avoidance strategies and effective litigation solutions. As a member of the Non-Payment of Rent team at McLaughlin Sanchez, Warren helps owners and landlords efficiently navigate the path to resolution of rent default situations. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Warren was a tax practitioner who served high-net worth individuals and closely held businesses with domestic and international operations. Since beginning his legal career Warren has also continued his education achieving the title of Master of Laws in addition to his Juris Doctorate.
